Los Angeles, California – Team Halprin, Inc., a leading production company in the film, TV, and photo industries, has been named the Production Company of the Year – Print at the California Film Commission’s 11th Annual On Location Awards. The award was given in recognition of their professionalism on a shoot they produced for GMC Trucks in April.

The award was presented to Dan Halprin on behalf of the team on Sunday, October 23rd, 2005, at the Marriott Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, in front of over one thousand Motion Picture, TV & photo industry producers, location managers, and State of California Film Commissions.

On stage to accept the award were several key members of the Team Halprin production team, including photographer Stephan Cooper, producer Louis de Fontanes, production manager Carmen Conrod, chief location scout Megan McGonagle, producer Brenda Ferrell, and executive producer Dan Halprin.

Garner Kinmond, the GMC producer, and Susan Gross, the production supervisor, were also recognized for their contributions to the project.
